I can't find this bird in my Birding book. :confused:

Hmm, I can't find it in Sybleeze Guide to Birdz, Eastern Edition... nor the Aubodown Field Guide to Nort' American Birdies....

Could be a hybrid. We get domestic ducks breeding with wild ducks here in S. Florida.

Looks like a goose to me. It has a "goosey" head and bill, but then again, it is looking right at me so it is hard for me to tell.:):):):):)

I think it's either a psduck or a psgoose. The "PS" is silent in both cases.

Went over to the park today ... saw and definately identified the bird as an Egyptian Snowgoose using the Sibley Guide to Birds. According to the book, these birds are found in S. California in the wild (small numbers).
