I'm in the market for some lights to do product photography. I have a budget of about 500$. I've seen those 2 options. Are they any good? Would you recommend something else?

Thanks for your help ;-)

After some reflection, I think the second option isn't very good. I should rather build my own lightbox if I need to (there are enough example in the DIY thread).

Regarding the light, would a strobe be better? I've seen that one http://www.profotshop.ch/Licht/Set-angebot/d-lite-2-set-%28promotion%29-e20801.html It seems good. If only it wasn't that much above my budget (for those who wonder, 1CHF = 1$ - almost)

Go with the D-Lite kit, if you can at all stretch the budget. You will not regret it, and you'll spend the money only once!
