Which SD card for the Canon SD300?

I'm wondering which SD card is ideal for the Canon SD300, specifically: is it beneficial to use a faster card than the basic consumer cards out there? Will the camera process images faster if I use a 32x card or a 60x card, allowing 4.8MB/sec or 9MB/sec. data transfer?

I have the SD200- basically the same camera with less pixels. I originally had a regular 128mb san disk card and I couldn't take long movies or use the continuous shooting mode. I upgraded to a 512mb Sandisk Ultra II and it is a world of difference. I'd buy a high speed SD card for sure.
