Hey guys,
I am in the market for a new bag as my micro trekker is bulging and i am needing some advice.
I went down the local store and eyed up the trekker and the mini trekker from LowePro. The Trekker looks really big and maybe more than i need so i am hoping someone that has a mini trekker can tell me if it is big enough for my gear.
This is what i am aiming to have in my bag when i get it all!!
20D+Grip
70-200 F2.8 L IS
17-40 F4 L
24-70 F2.8 L
50 F1.8
420 EX FLASH
1.4 EXTENDER
CARDS+BATTS ETC.....
ABOUT 10 FILTERS IN CASES.
Is this going to fit comfortably in the Mini trekker?
Many thanks

Jonny,
I don't know about the MiniTrekker, but I just got the CompuTrekker, and that would fit reasonably in it with some room for growth. My kit fits, and I have room for at least two more lenses on my "to buy" list.

I've got the bigger Nature Trekker and load a 20D, vertical grip, 16-35, 70-200 f2.8L, 50 F1.4, 24-85, & a 100mm macro lens into it. And along with that goes at least one flash and "stuff" of course. Anyway it barely fits in the NT and wouldn't -because I tried it - fit at all in the Mini-Trekker.
You have almost the same gear as I do and if you're like any photographer I've ever met you are going to add to it.
The suspension is much better on the NT than the MT, so you can haul this stuff around with a lot more comfort. The NT pack also has a built in tripod cinch and is of course All Weather.
If you can try out both bags in a camera store then you should try to do so. I did that exact thing and that's where I discovered that the Mini-Trekker would have been too small. Now that I've added a 10-22 I'm really glad that I have at least a little more room.
