Is it possibly to crop out the girl in the pink swimsuit? If so, how do I do it?

TIA

Sure. You create a selection, flip, skew it and use the clone and smudge tool.

That was fast! Okay, thanks. I will try later when I have a little time and post my results :)

You might take a look here (http://www.thedigitalphotographyconnection.com/PFDP.php?pageNum_rsPFDP=3&totalRows_rsPFDP=67) for a nice video podcast of the "Clone Stamp Tool".

Clone is usually used to get rid of a strand of hair or remove a light post, not exactly sure if its the right tool for getting rid of an entire person. Although obviously it can be done, it seems like it would be a lot more work. duplicate/strech/rotate (as you can see above) was like 15 seconds of work where as a stamp would probably take 5-6 minutes easy.

This was less than a minutes work with Clone Stamp and Healing Brush.

Not great but take some time with it and it might just work.

Didn't quite understand the duplicate/stretch/rotate

Here is my try at the clone stamp/healing. It isn't as neat but at least I done it!

Crissy, you would never know there was a person there before. Well done.

I did a selection of the water to the left of the subject to be removed. 3/4th of the Width and the Height.

Copy-n-Paste as a new layer
Image-Adjust-flip-vertically
Move the new layer on top of the subject
Image-Adjust-Skew
Move the selection until it covers most of the subject.
If any areas left use clone/heal to replace.

Although its an excellent attempt, someone looking for editions can see you cloned the left side of that picture as the pattern of the water repeats. That's the only reason I use the duplicate/flip first so that the pattern is broken.

Sure. You create a selection, flip, skew it and use the clone and smudge tool.

Watch out for sharp edges, and for duplications of recognizable items. If you copy and paste areas (as in my edit below) make sure that you ERASE the hard edges. Just using the smudge tool is clearly not enough.

I skipped a few steps, damn. Do as I say, not as I do.

If you really want the real steps, it's far easier to modify your selection with the feather so that you don't even have a hard edge. No need for smudge or erase.
