I have heard mixed responses of whether or not the AF illuminator will work will all my AF points or just the center. I was gonna get this over another 550ex, due to its price and also i love sigma. lol So please help, only thing i hate about my 550ex is thatonly the center AF point is illuminated

I can only speak for the EF-500 model, but I don't think it has changed. The AF assist light illuminates only the center AF point.

Unless Sigma's website mentions an improvement in the 530 model, I would bet it's the same.

So how often do you use all autofocus points?

in a nightclub, all the time...

In low light situations where you are relying heavily on the AF assist light, being bound to the center AF point is an inconvenience (albeit minor) whenever you're photographing a couple. If there's a gap between the subjects, your center AF point might be aimed at the background. Focus-recompose generally solves the problem as long as your chosen aperture gives you enough DOF to cover the minor inaccuracy induced by this technique.

One bonus for sticking with the center AF is the cross-type sensor on the newer Canons. In low light, everything helps with focusing (center AF, AF-assist light, f/2.8 lens :) ) I don't see it as too much of a problem to focus-recompose with the center point. And as Curtis noted, use an aperture that'll give you enough DOF.

If this is your job (it appears you're doing it for work at least) then I'd say pony up for the real deal and get the Canon equivalents to keep your AF points lit.

True, they're all cross-type, but only the center is f/2.8 sensitive. But if you must use all AF points in low light, then the Canon speedlights are the only way to go.
