I posted a question asking about this bag but I never got any comments so I just deleted it. But the bag is Tamrac 5612 Pro I was just wondering if this was a good bag for the Digital Rebel, If any one had this bag and how they liked it. That's all but thanks for your concern.

Gail, the Tamrac bags, like the LowePro bags, are pretty good bags. I don't think youl can go wrong with getting any of their products. Now, whether a particular bag, such as the 5612 Pro, is right for you or not is another question. And the answer depends on what other things you want to carry in the bag besides the camera and the attached lens. From what I've read of the 5612 Pro, it's big enough to carry two cameras with lenses attached in addition to 3 more lends. Sounds like it' should be more than big enough for your average needs but is it too big? Only you can answer that.

I don't have this particular model but I do have one of the Tamrac mid-sized backpacks and it's really working great for me as my daily bag. I also have a bigger LowePro backpack where I can carry more equipment when i travel.

I know it's not the answer you were looking for but I hope that helped even a little. :)

yes thanks very much for your reply I appreciate it much I think I will go ahead and get the bag don't think I can go wrong. And it want be long and I will have it full with all kinds of gadgets. I don't think it will be to big for what I want it for. I like having plenty of room. And the 2 i have now it's hard to fit much of anything in them.

I mostly wanted it for the reason to be able to carry the camera with the lens attach hate taking it on and off to put back in bag that will work out just great.
