IS300's on the road

I took these i think last weekend or 2 weeks ago :lol: i can't remember. I figure id throw them up here to get some CC. It was harder than i thought, they were shot like mid afternoon. The light sucked, i need an nd filter of some sort to help. I'd like to have the backround more blurred out, but this is the best i could do. The white car was shot later in the day which is why i got more of the effect i wanted. Shot with Rebel xt w/ 28-135 IS lens

i was a little skeptical about posting up number 5, its a little over edited for my liking, but the owner liked it. So i cloned out the bridge, it could use more work on the clouds as i did it in like 10 mins. But yeah, let me know what you guys think. I shot a lot of pictures, i forget what i shot these at but the exif data should still be attached, i think they were at f/19-22.

Yes the last couple of shots show excessive shadow/highlight correction, I think, but hey if the owner of the car liked it, then why not!

I do like 1 & 3 myself.

In 5v2, you left the pole reflections in the windows!

They are great cars, although mine isn't up to par with some of the locals lol. Sooner or later i will have monies to buy stuff.

It really varied, i left it it shutter priority and shot between 40-60

turbocharged, me, the guy with the red one and the owner of the car did the turbo install + thicker headgasket and arp headstuds, along with wiring in the haltec unit. It made 366rwhp and 360 ft. lbs of torque at 10psi.

yeah i know lol. I think with an nd filter i would be able to leave the aperature where i'd like it at around f6-8 so it.

40-60, with it being so bright i didn't want to keep adjusting, i did it in manual and i messed up what could have been great shots because they were over exposed and i wasn't paying attention to the histogram. Aperature was around f/22 which is probably why most of the backrounds are still in focus rather than being blurred.
