I may be picky, but I find the saturation a little strong and the background to be overexposed, do you find this as well?
What else is wrong with the picture (it's mine btw)?
Thanks

For some reason I'm drawing a blank. :p

Yeah, that's better!
Bright colors look good and while the sky is blown the subjects look good!

Should I edit the sky so it doesn't look blown out (not sure how)? It was a cloudy day out, so by removing some shadows, my picture background looks blown out.
What should I do?

Yes! you are indeed picky.
The sky?. If the purpose of this image is to document an excursion, vacation, or a party; then the sky and the background could be candidates for inclusion. Else, if your interrest was only the portrayal of the subject the sky is of little consequence except to steal attention from the real subject of the image.
The color saturation is fine. While the shot is definitely a keeper, the subject may be a little soft, but regardless, its a very nice shot. you did good

Exposed wonderfully, except for the nearly-blown out sky. It is a keeper.
