Trying to learn how to use my new XTI a little more got these two bad boys.

I like the first one, but it's just a little crooked (follow the lines of the bricks/door).

Number two seems a bit over exposed, but it's a tricky scene to shoot if you include the sun the way you have. Maybe a bit of a crop? It also seems a bit soft as well, was it hand held?

I like number three though, but again a little soft. Were you using a tripod for these? They've got some pretty slow shutter speeds.

#1 ok thanks. im sure i can fix theat up in PS
#2 Was a HDR experiment gone badly i tried using a free program for my first one and it ended up soft like this. and it was on a tripod.
#3 Also was on a tripod so i dont know if and why its soft. but the shutter was pretty slow i didnt have much light in there.
