Haven't posted to this forum in quite a while, but I thought this one might be fun...

A few days ago, I splurged on a few lenses from B&H to take advantage of the triple rebate Canon is offering. Ordered three of them. Within 2 hours, I also ordered a Nikon Coolpix 5400 from B&H for my wife (also to take advantage of the Nikon $200 rebate). Orders placed within 2 hours of each other, being shipped and delivered to the same address. Well they are on their way (YIPPEE), but I just thought it was interesting that they are traveling very different routes! Here's the two tracking pages side by side:

You'll have to view the photo full size to really be able to read it.

Pretty amazing. I use B&H almost exclusivly because of their ability to same day ship or at the least by the next day [none of this shipping 3 or 4 days later]. Congrats on the new lens purchases.

You know you are sick in the head when you make a post like this. You know you are even sicker in the head when you click on the enclosed link to check it out and make a comment. :p

LOL, that is true... but really, the only point of interest I was making was that two shipments being ordered and shipped at the same time and from the same location and delivered to the same location travel such completely different routes. I just figured that since they were ordered at the same time, the tracking would match up pretty closely, but they really don't. The Nikon was delivered Thursday, but I am still waiting for the lenses (they should be here today).

I'll accept sick but I would rather think of it as boredom.

Naw, I thought that he was going to show something else in the pictures. I prefer sick to boredom. ;)

My last B&H shipment via UPS got misdirected along the way. After a few days the comments changed to reflect that.

I thought it was odd that a shipment from NY to Western Canada had to go through KY :D
