Yesterday, while attempting to shoot a rabbit, my cousin and I saw this beautiful green dragon fly. As usual, it wouldn't let us get anywhere near it, so instead, we followed it to my cousins backyard. To my amazement, there were easily 3-4 dragonflies chilling on his retaining wall!

This is my FIRST time shooting dragonflies, and let me tell you, they are NOT easy! They barely stay still! The good news is, every time they flew away, they'd come right back to the same spot, so that worked in my favor.

Then I found this little guy in my house, so I caught him, and brought him outside, of which he posed for me a bit on my front steps! He was about the size of a SMALL droplet of water.

Nice set, like number 3 the most. Gorgeous colours on the dragons :-)

Very nice, great subject. I think number 1 is my favorite. Its an unusual crop and the colour is beautiful. Not so keen on the shots with the fence in the background.
The spider picture is good, but I think it is overshadowed by the great dragonfly pictures in this batch.
