I came across this web site and find it pretty cool that someone posted comparison with common lens that some of use may come across. This is especially useful when taken with the 300D. I thought I share this with everyone and if anyone have any, let me know.
The Lens used was:
Sigma 28-200/3.5-5.6
Sigma 70-200/2.8 HSM EX
Canon 75-300/4-5.6 IS USM III
Canon 70-200/4 L USM
Canon 70-200/2.8 L USM

Thanks!! That helps....Isnt the 75-300 the lens that everyone complains about?? It does not look to shabby in the samples...

I think it's the IS version tested, and appears to be the non stabalised version that most folk don't like so much... I'm currently using the 75-300mm [non IS] and i'm just starting to get to grips with it now [been out with it about 3 times now]

The 75-300's can get amazing results when you use them in ideal conditions such as in bright light*,stopped down abit and avoiding anything at the long end

*not just for it's shutter speed benefits-images allways tend to look nicer in good sunlight with this lens
