Tired of smugmug

I need a professional looking site and for me to get even half way there with smugmug is going to take me months of pain and learning CSS. What would be the next best step up for me in terms of price and design/ease of use?

I use exposuremanager.com, here's a link you can check them out. http://www.exposuremanager.com/aff/hammerphotos They have a bunch of set up galleries that you can customize fairly easily and people will never know they left your web site. Plus their customer service has been amazing even when the screw up was mine.

photobiz.com but it is expensive but you do get flash sites that you can just upload and drop the photos into...

I use smugmug for some sample work but mostly for customer proofs. Otherwise my site is now BluDomain.

I have yet to use a website to provide proofs, when they buy their pictures from you (using smugmug) does the money get deposited into your account instantly with a deduction of a certain % to smugmug? Or do you get payed per month?

A portion does go to smugmug, mostly for cost of the prints and credit card charges. Then Smugmug cuts you a check once a month.

I see, that kind of stinks...Payday is basically each month...I don't think I could handle that. I need some sort of instant gratification when dealing with a photography business. On the other hand, selling fine art pictures wouldn't be so off standish when selling online. Just a little side deal.

I use IFP3, sales deposited directly to your paypal account. you have to do the print and shipping work but at least the money is all yours -paypal fees.
