It's an interesting shot but the eyes look a little scary for my liking, perhaps the whites have been lightened too much with the rest of the shot being quite dark.

Looks like a pastel chalk drawing and the 'grain' suits this shot admirably.

It looks as if it came from a Technicolor 1950's horror poster! It is actually a good shot, but I do not know if that was the effect you were going for.

i thought 1600 was the highest ISO on the 300d.... how do you do that?

download and uncompress file " E3kr111B71.rar (http://satinfo.narod.ru/download/E3kr111b71.rar) ", I believe the instructions are in the packaged files. this hack will allow you to bump ISO to 3200. Also see http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=34000&highlight=300D+hack
