BTRDA Dukeries Rally 2008

I headed out for the day with my Dad for this event, chanced the showers forecast and it paid off as we only had a 20 min downpour all day, so can't complain.

I opted for the Sherwood Pines stage, quite pleased with the first lot from the tight bend, but headed deeper into the woods and struggled with harsh sunlight on one angle so had to face the opposite way for on-coming cars through the second of 2 good bends.

Yes I would say it is a good day out, I know for next time some locations which I will get earlier too and have better vantage points from :)

Was a classic day of dusk and dirt though, I'm still cleaning my camera lol
