Well. I've been wanting to buy an old vintage film camera.
So for $25 I got a Praktica MTL 5 that is broken with a Pentacon 50mm f/1.8.
The other camera is a Honeywell Pentax Spotmatic with a Yashinon-DS 50mm f/2 and a Varexon 135mm fixed focal f/2.8.
The Praktica I don't care much about since it's not what I wanted, but the Pentax seems to work fine, the in camera light metering seems to still be working even though the battery seems somewhat corroded. The camera is supposed to work without a battery, so it's no problem if the battery doesn't work.
I'm excited to start shooting, I have to go pick up my rolls of film at my dad's house today!
I do believe the mirror is a bit dirty, but I'll clean it within time if it does work correctly.

What?! Photography without chimping, Autofocus and "spray-and-pray"... Is that even POSSIBLE?!

Awesome! Enjoy it and show us the results!
