Hi guys :)
Im looking for any feedback i can get on my portrait/glamour/modelling photos. Ive realised this is where my passion in photography lies and im hungry to develop those skills in particular. So please feel free to make suggestions and criticisms -
Shots were taken using a Canon EOS10D and an EF 28-135 IS USM. Also used a softbox for flash and these were handheld as well. Some minor photoshop was carried out for removal of skin blemishes and skin softening.
Thanks for looking :)

kinda hard to give good feedback, post more pics- The first two were nice. I too, love fashion/portraits. Try adding some light to opposite side of the softbox. her nose was kinda dark and the shadows made it look sort of unnattractive. good job on everything else- did you shoot raw or jpeg?

Lighting on #2 seems a tad harsh. Also, what focal lenth were you shooting with? I get a slight feeling that it's on the shorter end as if there is some slight exaggeration of proportion. I could be wrong. Here's a similar look (I think) to what you are going for.

Hi, Ignite -
Nice work!
One thing I really don't care for in my own soft box portraiture is the kind of nose shadow cast by a light source at the same height as the face, which is the case in your picture #1.
I'm a lot happier with the result after I raise the light source enough so the nose shadow falls somewhat lower on the face. The only situation where I'm happy with the lower light placement is when the dark side of the face is entirely in shadow.
Just my .02...

Thanks for the feedback. The model makes that shot. She's incredible.
Please keep shooting and posting too. Especially if your subjects look like the one above. She's lovely!!
