HUGE Bank (skateboarding)

There's this huge bank we saw on flickr, so me and sam decided to find it.
Sam did some ollies down it, its really gnarly and rough, and the end shoots you straight into a street....... eek

sweet, that bank is huge. If you were in Carlsbad you should have stopped at the famous Carlsbad gap:). But the gap is big so you'll need a good skater

Umm, duh... going there on Friday to check it out buddy. Not going to skate it though. Sam can do the drop but the uphill landing is gay and not worth getting wrecked over.

Number 4 reminds me VERY much of a Tony Hawk Pro Skater level... so much so that I think this is the location they modeled in the game.

The gap. Uphill launch, uphill landing. The set is an 11 and honestly looks more intimidating than the gap, the gap really isnt that big but the landing is gnarly. The car is not ours, I guess the school is going through some remodeling or some ****.

On your original shots at the bank, I like the second one (the silhouette) the best. For some reason though, that doesn't look like the BIG one out there. At the Carlsbad gap, did you go there just to look at it? There are tons of other infamous places around there too that I hope you made it too, even if it was just to check them out. Man, it's been so long that I forget the names of most of them, but I remember right where they're all at.

It isn't the BIG one, We visited the other BIG one that's right by the RV storage place. The one that Corey Duffel tre'd into is like 100 yards away from the one we shot at but that one is MAD sketchy. But yeah we just went to the cbad gap to check it out. Had my friend not screwed up his foot last week he prob would've skated it. My knees are too blown to skate the big stuff.
