Who? The first Doctor I came to know, Tom Baker, will always be the standard by which I rate the others.

I do prefer Tennent over Eccleston, though :)

Tom Baker was some sort of god, nobody can deny that. In fact, pretty much all the doctors from the first series were amazing (Though I don't really care for the first two or Colin Baker)
Just curious as to people's opinion on the new series.

I always liked Jon Pertwee the best, although Tom Baker was good too. I haven't seen much of the recent series though.

I never got into Dr Who, and to tell the truth the current incarnation is a little scary :shock:. The dust bunnies behind my couch play hell with my allergies, so I can't have it on the TV.
