I would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year and thank all those members that posted the reviews about the Tamron 28-75 f/2.8 that helped convince Santa to bring me one for Christmas.

Happy New Year and thanks to all that make this forum so special. It's interesting how you feel you get to know many of you just from reading this forum. Would be great to have and annual convention and actually do that! My resolution for this year is to come out of "lurker" mode, learn how to post photos and get an avatar!
