I am looking for a bag that will hold the DRebel with the Battery Grip installed. I have a Tamron Velocity 6 bag right now, which lets me use outboard lens cases, but it is still a very tight fit with the grip installed.

A tight fit is good, less chance it will rattle around.

I just got the Canon 200eg backpack. It was only $49. It isnt as sturdy as the LowePeo Mini trekker, but about the same size and about $100 less.

I think you would love it.. I do. Many compartments very sturdy. Only thing i did was black out the Canon emblem that said "Steal Me"

I have used and abused the lowepro mini trekker AW for over a year now,

My 300 is fitted with the battery grip and i carry a 75-300 and the 18-55 lens along side the 17-40L. I still have enough space for the charger and all the other bits and bobs that go with the cam.

I use a Billingham Hadley Pro. Excellent bag that doesn't advertise that you're carrying a load of expensive gear.

I just got the LL Bean (Bob Krist) bag and it works well to "hide" the contents. It holds my 10D w/grip, 70-200 2.8, tamron 28-75, 420 ex flash and 50 1.8 with room for more.

It's on special right now for $70 USD
