I just got back for a trip to take picts of Antelope Canyon in Page, AZ. Great place, but I am seeing A LOT of what I would consider chromatic aberrations on the edges of high/low contrast areas. I have tried the following techniques to fix the obvious defect, but none seem to be able to remove it.
1. I shot in RAW and tried fixing it in Adobe Camera Raw. Result: No effect
2. Opened In Photoshop and tried "Hue/Saturation" adjustment layer. Result: Altered too many other colors in the image.
3. Opened in Photoshop and tried to "Replace the color" Result: Also altered too many of the other colors in the image.
4. Tried "Heal" the edge with the Healing brush. Result: look unnatural and fake.
5. Tried to create a mask and "Heal" it again. Resulte: Again looked unnatural.
Here is a 100% crop of one of my images. In this crop I have done nothing to correct the problem. Notice how the edge is almost duplicated with an obvious color shift between the edge and rock.

Here is the complete image with the red box showing what part I cropped above.

Here are the specs for the original image:
Shot using a Canon 20D 16-36mm USM 2.8 L
F22
6 second exposure
ISO 100
Is this an example of true chromatic aberrations? I've see it before, but never had this much trouble correcting it. Please help. This is driving me CRAZY!!!
