Smugmug users outside the USA

Just wondering how long shipping on SmugMug orders takes for those outside the USA?

I'm in the UK.

I've had orders take around 5-10 days, but I've only ordered 3 times. The most recent was around mid May. Part of my last order was lost, my posters arrived without problems, but they sent out another batch without quible.
