Looking for Workshops in New England

Hey folks,

I'm looking for recommendations on one day or weekend workshops in the New England area.

I'm most interested in doing more work with models but really any workshop related to lighting or studio work. I consider myself an advanced amateur.

I'm keeping my eye on the B&H workshops and may take one (even though NY is not technically New England ;)).

Any ideas?

Where are you in Western Mass.? I lived in Ashland near Framingham for awhile and in Boston.

Moved down to North Carolina. Originally from NJ, went up to Boston in 1986 for school and stayed until January 2005. Moved back to NJ, then down here a year ago March.

Im relocating to connecticut and I am planning on offering a saturday workshop starting this fall. Once a month.
www.modelmayhem.com/patrickjohn for some examples of my studio stuff, if its the kind of photography you are interested in learning how to set up lights for, I think we could be a match. Although I wont be setting up shop there until late september, since I am currently on deployment in the Navy.

give you are already an established photographer who already has worked with models in a studio setting it might cover information that you already are aware of, but hey...

im also planning on making the workshop available online for people who cant make it to eastern connecticut. that might be an option... actually for the initial posting of the content i will be looking for feedback prior to making it pay per view content...so you can see what kind of information is covered in the workshop.

let me know what you find in terms of workshops in the area. ive ordered the dvd on glamour photography that is avail on the boards here, and have done reading and lots of shooting (well lots i s a relative term, but ive been shooting for a bit.)
