I took these shots at Huntington Library in San Marino, CA. I'm new to the Nature & Wildlife forum so constructive criticism would be greatly appreciated. This is all part of the learning process. I like the first one a lot, but the background is just too busy. A smaller aperture would have blurred the bg more (if you have a camera that can do that), but watch for bright spots like the cloud in the upper left. I also like #2 a lot, but the clipped petals harm it a little. And I'm a sucker for squirrel pics, so I like this one, too.

Agree the background is too busy in # 1. That aloe plant would look really good against a deep blue sky (tough angle to accomplish).

Most of them are good shots, but those blessed squirrels just get in everywhere!

Yes, Squirrels are like little monsters that won't stop getting in your way. Thanks for the comments guys.
