I've been having problem with MANUAL WHITE BALANCE (MWB) in my Powershot A80. The color of the photos seems to be greenish in color (green saturated). Sent to Canon but they unable to repair it. I think this problem might be the firmware problem. Is it possible for me to reinstall the firmware? Or is there a possibilities of DiGiC chip? Other function are normal except the Manual White Balance which turned out greenish even I follow the instruction manual to set the white balance using a piece of white paper or photogrpahy gray card.
