I'm moving to south India, near coastal line where the humidity is very high. Looking for a dry box to store my equipment, 40D body + 3 lenses. Any recommendations please?

Drybox? Something like a pelican case?

Try a Pelican case. They're airtight & waterproof. They also have a silica gel package that is "rechargeable" (for lack of a better word) by putting in a warm oven for a period of time - instructions are included. There are many different sizes of cases so the hardest choice will be which one you want. I've got the 1510 - the carry-on size - with the padded dividers. I would recommend the dividers over the foam.
Are you going to need space for a laptop? Here's their address: http://www.pelican-case.com/
I hope this helps. Enjoy India. Don't wear out your "trigger" finger.:D

I was going to recommend exactly the same! Check out the 1514 from B&H for $155.

Thanks guys. The pelican case is looking good and strong. But I have to skip this purchase, not able to fit in my budget.

For the time being, I'll get one big air tight plastic box and some silica gel. :)

Hey ben, which one did you get again. I still haven't got mine. I'm looking to get one though in the next week.
