I am really experimenting and trying to learn this whole digital photography gig. I have always found it fascinating. This was taken with a 300D without any preparation for the shot. I was going to shoot a picture of the dog, then my wife stepped in.

Well, from what I can see, She's a pretty Lady. Maybe you can coax Her into doing some practice shoots with you. :)

That's your wife??

I love that pose, but the framing and composition is obviously that of a snapshot, which you mentioned. I agree with the other guy; do a good session with her! Post the results. Tkae care

I purchased a ton of new clothing for her for Christmas (Victoria's Secret) and she promised a modeling session.

I have some older shots from my Powershot of her in a bikini next to my corvette. :D

Gozar, it's C5inTemecula from CF :)

Nice shot, I see where your going with it but I agree it's kinda snapshot'sh. Crop out the door frame, and tighten up on here and see what that brings ya.

I had not been on here in a coons age..thanks for reminding me of it.

she stepped on the dog's paw :). Dog doesn't seem to mind though. Nice shot, maybe a tighter crop can make it better.
