I was wondering if anyone has a good model release. I will be shooting some nudes tomorrow and idk what kind of release i need. I've never shot with a model before so it's all new to me. Her compensation will be jpgs if that matters

One more note, as someone I know was almost burnt by this. Make them stand in front of the camera with their license/proof of age in their hand, today's paper in the other hand in front of them. All you need is the date/top headlight of the paper.
VERY VERY important. Specially for nude modeling, but probably should do it for everyone. Include the guardian in the picture with their paperwork as well.

There has been a lot of laws put into effect in the last 8 years. Even if the person being photographed is 20 but you don't have proof that you shot the picture at 18+1 day you can get some ridiculous huge fine, without anyone making an accusation. All they have to do is ask for the proof as a random search and you don't have it.
P.S. I remotely admin a site for a model company in LA. They have all of their G&N pictures online for their clients. The laws were written for the p0rn industry, but they have no limitations, so normal photographers were included by mistake.
