Anyone know what's up? The only way i can open RAW files from my 1D MK 3 is with Zoom Browser. Adobe Camera RAW doesn't seem to recognise them. When I open Browse, the pictures don't come up, just a symbol....
Thanks in advance

Update Adobe Camera RAW with the newest version. Also check for any updates to CS2 or CS3. This should fix it.

I just bought CS3 last night. After installing I couldn't open .cr2 files. It updated itself immediately and when it finished all was good.

Hmm. I've installed the Adobe Camera RAW 4.4 update, but although I can get CR2 files into Camera RAW, it still shows them as Generic CR2 logos in Browse. I've done that Purge cache and everything. Is it possible that I need to install an earlier update too, or will the new update contaion everything that older updates have? Anyone know?

Most likely the Adobe Camera Raw plug-in is installed in the incorrect location or you have a conflict between two versions of the plug-in. Make sure you follow the installation instructions to the letter.

It is the raw file..update it to the 4.1.1 I think is the latest and you will be all set.
