Any ideas how these were PP'd? They were taken from the weddings sharing section. Just curious if anyone has a tried and true technique to apply this effect in PS.

It looks like the effect of a Photoshop action.

If you took that shot from the wedding/family events section, then you should link to the thread where the photo is stored, then we'll be able to see the rest of the shoot, the discussion, and give the photographer credit where it's due.

Reading down into the post, the photographer says it's a preset action in lightroom, just curious if there's a solution using PS instead...
