the 4020 looks like she has been around the block a time or two. One of the best tractors John Deere ever made

Good ones. The HDR halo could use some touch-up?

Yeah, I believe your right, the owner has too, notice he needs a ladder to get on and off... They both may be old but they get the job done! Thanks for looking :)

Thanks Frank....yeah, the halo is a bit annoying, I haven't quite figured out how to completely get rid of it!

Here is one taken from the other side and the halo is realy distracting to me....both were 1 RAW image tone mapped

I am with You and Frank on the halos. I do like the first one best. The composition is really nice. I just can't figure out the ladder propped up on the tire tough.

Thanks for the comment Jamie, any tips or suggestions on how to eliminate the halos would be greatly appreciated.

The ladder propped up on the tire is there so the old timmer can get on and off the tractor, I thought about moving it but didn't want to over step my boudaries

I can't help you with the Halos. I am not a fan of HDR. I figure the ladder was out of your control (not your tractor). Just found it odd that it was there.

Just played with it a bit....I liked your original...added a dash of tonal contrast and a touch of color cooler.

thank you Jeff and Dan.

Dan, I like your edit, what program did you use for the edit?

PS Elements 5 and NIK Filters....increased the tonal contrast....and played with the brilliance/warmth filter

I like the original. Interesting cloud formations.

Woolburr on my screen it looks more like a painting than a photo. I think its alittle too over done. Maybe just a little highlights added to the original would do the trick.
