It doesn't look as bad as some of the rust buckets I've seen, though it does seem to be listing a little to port...

Nice shot, I love old boats, course I love alot of old things. Reminds me off an old saying "spend your life waiting for your ship to come in" course when my ship comes in I won't be around to greet it.

Hi Marie,
I spent my early working life at sea ( in ships a tad bigger, mind you ) and love to see photos of ships/boats etc.
I'm curious to know what the white object running down the starboard side might be ? ( I don't know much about fishing boats ).
Anyway thanks for sharing Marie,
Cameron

running down the starboard side
I was just about to correct you when I glanced at the picture again and realized I was wrong in my earlier message! It's listing to starboard, not port. For some reason when I looked at the picture the first time, I thought the boat was facing the other way... Oops.

I don't know but maybe someone else will.
the catch of other fishing vessels in the area is taken away in a huge container very quickly and shipped off to many countries
must have been interesting working at sea when you were younger.
I expect not so good when older and have more commitments
I love watching anything to do with the sea
