These were my first sports shots using ISO 3200.

Those are excellent, and almost noise free for ISO 3200. Did you use Noise removal software?

Thanks! I Used 20D CS Pro from Fred Miranda. It allows you to sharpen and reduce noise in one step. Those pictures are not the best, but turned out ok using ISO 3200 with a 300mm lense in low light.
