I love the variations of the blues in the water and the compostion of the tethered boats is the bomb. But the greys in the middle of the frame are a little flat. Maybe you could clone in a little texture. Nice work.

@cameraman51: I'll have to check the RAW source to see how much I can lighten up that area without losing texture... thanks for poiting to that area.
