What is the code for....

Ok everyone, how do I create a link in my sig or posts in which I do not have to post the actual URL? Like I would just post the word "here" and others could click on it?

You can also simply highlight the word, then click on the little "earth with chain link" icon and type/paste the URL in the box that pops up. I think that is easier than typing in code, but I'm lazy. ;)
