Wow,. an ominous feel with the steam reactors....

Grain can help an image like this.. it allready has a Sepia tone feel to it do to the colors.. you may want to experiment with a Sepia layer.. and blend it with the full color... tweek opacity.. and see if you can enhance the feel. I would even consider adding grain.

Nice shot, always hard to make industry look nice, in my eyes, but perhaps that's because I work on power stations :)

I like it. It's not Ratcliffe-on-Soar by any chance is it?

It's a keeper, has that industrial over growth look to it.

Some good ideas there, I think I will try them - thanks CDS :)

Thanks, pleased I have managed to make a power station look OK for you :)

Your question is really why it took me a while to reply! It is Ratcliffe on Soar, but I needed to make sure first as I live about 8 miles from Ratcliffe and It just looked closer than 8 miles away - it isn't. It is just a HUGE site!

So I learned a lot more from this shot that I ever imagined!

Thanks Sandy, I have gone back to it a couple of times and today I decided I like it enough to print it :)

As others have said it looks ominous. To me just saying that is such a great compliment as my image has stired a different reaction - so really big thanks to all who commented!
