Yorktown, VA. Took about 100, narrowed that down to 10, got these two. Very minor corrections in PS. What could I do to improve? What stands out?

The first one looks a little under exp.
The second one looks like the plant is a little out of focus?

By no means anything other than a beginner, but this is what i'd have done with the top image...

Then again, i think i am probably going through a phase of playing with the filters and things, so it will probably be a bit overdone for most.
