So, here it goes.

We have our photography business that had started as a serious hobby. The typical "just wanting to pay for the gear type" home-business mentality. In the last 12 months it has gone from "casual" to pretty serious. One of our makeup artists says I have been in denial about being a professional. Ha. (especially these last weeks when we have like 6 shoots scheduled in 7 days LOL)

On average in the last 12 months, we have been performing 2-3 glamour shoots a week each being a new model/client. Model portfolio type stuff, however tied into a local promotional website where Sedura maintains ownership of the images (we get paid for the shoot, but can also sell images to the model). We also have a multitude of freelance work available around events; most of which we are completely turning away. We haven't done any TFP in over a year. Because of the number of new younger models we shoot, we are also now finding excellent ties into the wedding market with "safe" clients we already know well and frankly make great material because they are very attractive. (5 or 6 weddings booked in the last 60 days once we let those we have shot know we will be willing to shoot their wedding)

Our website gets what I think is a fairly decent traffic... for example 3,600 unique visitors in the last 30 days, 5,000 vistis, and 70,000 pageviews or so. Haven't even gone after capitalizing on that, no ads, no public image sales, etc.

We want to continue to make something off this business; but would really like to involve another photographer or two that would like to take the ball and run with it. We've got all the groundwork in place, incorporated, insurance, quasi-studio if necessary, everything. We have full workflow management, extra computers even, image-based sales capable, whatever.

I haven't even pushed trying to grow our business, to the point where I would even say I have pushed against it and killed gigs that weren't profitable or worthwhile... or fun. I think it would take very little effort towards new business to have dedicated studio space and take the whole thing to the next level. We'd love to help manage the business relationships and clients, and have a photographer or two that just does what they love... take pictures.

My question is, where the heck do I find a photographer that might be game? We are HUGE on being professional with models, and all the glamour-capable photographers we have chatted with seem like they will creep on the girls pretty bad. We have tried a couple, and they either were horrible or unprofessional.
