Fly ID please

This small fly got its leg caught in the stigmatic slit of a milkweed flower and was not strong enough to pull out the pollinarium to get loose. After taking these pictures with my S3 and DCR250 close up lens it I ripped the flower apart and the fly took off with the poillinarium still attached to its leg.
