How were these interior shots lit?

I would imagine the windows were added in PP...but how were the rooms lit? Thanks for any info

I bet speedlights because they are small and can be hidden well.. and maybe an HDR .

Study the positions and characteristics of the shadows and that'll give you some hints as to what types of lights could have been used and where.

Why would the windows have to be added later? The shots were probably exposed for the windows, and speedlights used to light the interior.

Knowing how this stuff is normally done, I would also vote either strobes or tungsten with small well placed lights placed appropriately around the room for accent lighting, and the windows dropped in during post processing. If tungsten, Dedo lights are popular but very expensive.

While this isn't a definitive answer to the OP's question, it probably provides some insight into the photographer's technique. I did a Google search and through backtracking came up with Terry Mahanna/Opulence Studios as the possible photographer. While he may not have been the actual photog (he has done work for the client before that was credited) I figure someone from Opulence did the specific job. Here is an excerpt from an online message from another forum.

"The images I am taking are interiors of homes. I usually light these
interiors with about 4-7 lights and before I strike the lights I turn them
all off and do a large bracket to accomodate the dynamic range represented
by the interior existing light and the exterior. I bracket at 2/3 of a stop
and also 1 stop. I have between 5 and 8 exposures all shot on a tripod using
capture software. I adjust my aperature from my laptop so that the tripod is
not disturbed at all during these shots.
