Coworker selling light kit; Please advise

I have a friend at work that offered to sell me his lighting kit he doesn't use anymore... Could someone offer up some advice on what they think of this? Thanks! He said it cost $800 last year:

Novatron 600VR (Case, Power unit and 3 heads)

1 extra light head

2 white umbrellas

3 head adapters ( snoop, 4 way barndor and a gel holder)

1 sync cable (still in it's bag)

4 retractable light stands

Interesting smaralleck response... however I posted it not for the synical reason you suggest, but rather because it fell into multiple categories. Please don't post on my thread if you don't have anything positive to say.
