I've been trying to figure out for a couple of years now how to get this vantage point from the I-71 Bridge in downtown Cleveland.
The Innerbelt bridge is the longest and widest in the state, and it's a very scary high speed area with no pull-offs. I finally solved the challenge about 10 days ago and have been shooting this area under various lighting conditions. Here's one of my first shots, taken around 7:30 a.m.
