PROBLEM SOLVED! THANKS!!!!

Here's what happened...
Last night I was taking a lot of photos for a friend with my 20d and filled up one of my Sandisk Ultra II's 1gb. The images were Jpeg large, fine. Foolishly i shot until there was no more room. Today I went to upload the photos to my computer via gernic card reader, and in my DCIM folder it's only showing Canon 143 (folder) but there are no photos inside, and it should really be showing Canon 138 - 140 (folders). The card is showing that it's half full when i look at it's properties. While shooting photos last night we would review them, and even after switching to the second card (which is working fine) and switching back the images all were viewed fine.
Finally when i put the card in the camera today, it shows "no images."

What can I do? Is there some sort of data recovery program I can run, or am I just screwed?

Thanks
-Ben

There are a number of data recovery programs around; this is a commonly-asked question around here. I use File Rescue Plus (http://www.softwareshelf.com/default.asp) from Software Shelf. This isn't particularly a rave recommendation or a slam; it works so I didn't try anything else out there. Other people use other applications. YMMv
