Ok, noobs 1st post. I havent used much of my cameras features but the auto mode so far but here are 2 landscapes i liked enough to use them as desktop backgrounds. I confess to no photo skills i just liked the view took a couple of pics and got back in the car.

The first one is the most striking one for me, nice colours and a good balance, although you may want to consider cropping the top portion of sky out to get the horizon away form the middle of the frame :)

Second one is good, I would love to see that bar bathed in evening sun with no vehicles near by :)

I like them also. You may want to consider a polorizing filter to bring out the blue sky in the first picture. You lose some light because of the filter but since it is bright out, you can enhance that if needed.

Good suggestions, i want to try and get some good pics of that barn later this year i think it could work well.
