took this shot with a kodak 3.1 mp digital. i was going for the overexposed look. dont pay too much attention to the words, just the picture. lol thanks

I like it. I think the overexposed look works well. Not a bad looking artist either.

The color versions are best -IMO.

I like the last one too.

What did you do for lighting? She looks quite close to a wall/backdrop w/ no real shadows.

Did you do a lens blur to soften them?

I'm partial to the B&W pose.

this was such an unprepared test shoot that I just used a plan white wall. The softness is done in photoshop. I cheat sometimes. :D usually with such contrasted photos, I dont like to show any kind of shadows except on the subjects themselves.

These were taken with a Kodak 3.1mp?!!! wow
Just goes to show the most important thing in photography (next to talent) is lighting, lighting, lighting!

sorry I should have said it earlier, but its not a real CD cover, it just looked like one. So I made that the title of the topic. heh sorry. shes not an artist, just a regular girl...

and even though its a 3.1 mp kodak, lighting is really good....but, when you have photoshop, you can work miracles!
