I hope everyone here had as much fun watching the Canadian Junior Hockey Team thrash the rest of the world as this guy did. On second thought, I hope everyone had MORE fun than this guy...

Nice shot!! Is that a birthmark or do all Canadians have that thing on their cheeks!! Wish my DRebel could provide noise-free shots at 1600ISO...........

Thanks schmoelzel and marie.
Yes, I would love that birthmark :)
You know, the images are very clean, actually cleaner at larger sizes than you see here.
For some reason when you resize and sharpen, more noise is visible in the bokeh here than in the original image. Still very clear though.
As far as the Rebel is concerned, it still produces very nice clean images at high iso's compared to most cameras, and can be very close to the 20D if properly exposed (as I always say).

Cool pic! I thought that the more you sharpened a picture, the more noise was introduced to it?

Thanks Dimitry.
Yes, the more sharp the more noise. But do you see almost a patterned noise in the bokeh on the top left corner? That isn't visible in the full size image.
