I'm looking for a 2nd flash to go with my 430ex to complete my strobist set up. i'm looking for the best bang for my $. i really don't want to spent over $100 and i want something that's close to being able to keep up with my 430ex... i've been looking at the usual suspects (Sunpak 383, Vivatar 285) but i'm not to sure what the recycle times (10.5 & 8.5 @ full power) would be like when not a full power with rechargeable batteries. any suggestions on other flashes i should look into or good or bad experiences with flashes im considering would be appreciated... i missed a Nikon SB-28 for $65 on craigslist so i've kind of been looking into Nikon flashes as a option also

I'm not sure of the usage details between manual flashes and auto flashes, but I'm pretty sure the Sunpak 383 and Vivitar are manual.. Just making sure you are aware of that.
