Custom Conversion to B&W with Elements

I've created a simple filter for Photoshop Elements that duplicates most of the full Photoshop functionality of the Channel Mixer. With Channel Mixer, you can customize how you convert from color to B&W, by combining different amounts of the R,G and B channels.
